Organising a Return

If you have experienced a problem with a Best4ecigs product and/or want to organise a replacement/return, please simply contact: Best4ecigs Customer Services department - Email: or Tel: UK 01455 444062 who will be pleased to assist you.

You also have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact Customer Services on the same contact details before the 14 day period has expired to notify us that you want to cancel your order.

All Best4ecigs products have a 30 day warranty (excluding consumables - E-liquid, Cartridges, Clearomizers & Coil Heads). Best4ecigs Warranty provided with your purchase is entirely separate and distinct from your consumer statutory rights (Sale of Goods Act 1979) 
Warranty invalid if:

1. A Best4ecigs product is used with a product from a different e-cigarette supplier. Especially noting that only Best4ecigs approved chargers should be used to charge your e-cigarette battery. 
2. The product has been misued, damaged, modified or not used in a proper manner since the date of purchase. 
3. There is evidence of tampering with the product. 
4. The product shows signs of excessive wear and tear. 
5. Using RDA or RBA's (making your own coils) automatically voids your warranty and is undertaken at your own risk.
